Foundations Reformer45 is a great introduction to reformer for total newbies. This class will get you up and running with the basics of the reformer. They recommend attending at least 4 of these classes before taking the Dynamic Reformer45 class. This class is suitable for pre/postnatal with modifications. Classes are done in bare feet or grippy barre/pilates socks.
