GAIA Sustainable Bath Salts
Working in sync with mother nature has always been part of GAIA’s ethos, believing that their products should not only look after their customer’s wellbeing, but also care for the planet. This sustainable ethos was born alongside the brand, meaning GAIA Skincare has acted mindfully and sustainability since their launch in 2016.
The new range of bath salts are now available in GAIA’s three signature blends, with the Awakening blend of grapefruit and peppermint, along with the Calming blend of lavender and chamomile, complimenting the already popular Balancing Bath Salts which have proven popular with GAIA customers over the past few years. The natural blend of cleansing Epsom salts and restorative Himalayan salts held to hydrate and detoxify the skin.
Customers can now purchase the three blends in 500g glass jars, a generous upgrade from their previous 200g containers, allowing customers to enjoy over double the quantity of soothing baths before needing to order a refill.
This combines with the launch of the GAIA’s refillable bath salts pouches, allowing customers an eco-friendly way to keep that spa-at-home feeling going. The new refill pouches are made from recycled materials and are also fully recyclable in soft plastic recycling, available at supermarkets.
The pouches also hold 500g of bath salts, yet use 70% less packaging, offering a more sustainable option to customers when they want to stock up and replenish their bathroom supplies. Plus, the refill pouches allow customers a more affordable way to sample the different essential oil blends of the bath salts, at only £32 for a 500g pouch.
