The Body Shop Names Mike Jatania CEO as Growth Phase Begins
The Body Shop has announced a leadership transition as the business moves from turnaround to its next chapter of growth.
Mike Jatania, who has served as Executive Chairman since late 2024, will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer. The move follows a year of stabilisation and renewal, during which The Body Shop regained its footing and focused on laying the foundations for long-term success.
Over the past year, The Body Shop has stabilised operations and started to reconnect with its loyal global customer base. Charles Denton, appointed CEO at the time of acquisition, played a key role in delivering against this initial mandate. With that phase delivered ahead of schedule, he will step down and will be leaving the business.
