Benefit POREfessional Foundation
Benefit Cosmetics is set to expand its cult-favourite POREfessional line this July with the launch of its first-ever POREfessional Foundation; a smoothing, pore-blurring formula designed to deliver weightless, buildable coverage and a natural matte finish that lasts up to 24 hours.
Launching in 40 shades, the new foundation is positioned as both skincare-adjacent and performance-driven. In line with the brand’s pore-centric legacy, the formula is non-comedogenic and enriched with ingredients such as niacinamide (to visibly refine pores and improve skin texture), rose hip extract (to smooth and clarify), and glycerin (for hydration and moisture retention).
Clinical testing supports its claims: 96% of users reported visibly smoother texture after the first use, while 97% said their bare skin felt smoother after four weeks. The foundation is waterproof, transfer-proof, and suitable for all skin types, including oily, sensitive, and acne-prone skin.
The product arrives as the base category sees renewed consumer interest in hybrid formulas that bridge makeup and skincare. With POREfessional Foundation, Benefit aims to offer a longwear solution that doesn’t compromise skin health, addressing a gap for those seeking breathable coverage with visible skin benefits over time.
As part of the wider POREfessional franchise, which includes the best-selling primer and skincare line, this launch reflects Benefit’s continued commitment to texture-focused innovation, marrying cosmetic effect with clinical functionality.
POREfessional Foundation will be available from 16 July at Benefit Cosmetics counters, retailers, and online at Benefit Cosmetcs.
